There is mold in the house due to water leakage. Mold harms health, so they leave the house until repairs are made. The couple are now said to be fighting a legal battle against the house’s previous owner.
According to Page Six reports, some home problems are not good from a health perspective. Priyanka and Nick bought this luxury house five years ago in 2019 for $20 million. The home has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, kitchen, home theater, bowling alley, spa and steam shower, gym, and a billiards room.
Priyanka and Nick are said to have filed a legal case in May 2023. According to reports, within days of buying the home, problems with the pool and spa began to appear. It is alleged that the lack of waterproofing has caused fungus to grow in many areas of the house and water is also leaking into the barbecue.
