We all cook different types of chicken at home. Make green chicken in a different way one day. It is very good to eat. Once cooked, green chicken will freeze with rice roti or rota.


Chicken 500 grams, onion, oil, butter, sugar, whole garam masala, cumin, curd, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, coriander powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, kasuri methi.


Step 1:

Try getting the chicken boneless. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Step 2:

Mix 1 inch ginger, 12 cloves of garlic, 6 green chillies, two handfuls of coriander leaves, two handfuls of mint leaves to make a paste. Marinate the chicken with this paste. Add 2 spoons of coriander powder, 1 spoon of cumin powder, 1/2 spoon of chilli powder, salt to taste and 3 spoons of curd. Mix everything together. Leave for 3 hours.

Step 3:

Heat oil and butter in a pan and add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon of whole garam masala. Chop 2 onions and cook. When the onions are fried, add the marinated chicken. Saute for 4-5 minutes.

Step 4:

Saute the chicken with a lid until the chicken is cooked. Add little sugar and garam masala powder. Top off your delicious Hariyali Chicken with Kasuri Methi.
